November 5, 2015
The City of Albany, Norstar Development, Capitalize Albany Corporation, the City of Albany Industrial Development Agency, and Downtown Albany Business Improvement District (BID) held a grand opening of The Lofts at 733 Broadway on November 5. Albany Mayor Kathy M. Sheehan and Lori Harris, vice president of Norstar Development were joined by City of Albany Treasurer Darius Shahinfar, Sarah Reginelli, president of Capitalize Albany Corporation and CEO of the City of Albany Industrial Development Agency and Georgette Steffens, executive director, Downtown Albany BID in celebrating the unveiling of the converted space.

A pet-friendly property now leasing, for each lease signed through until the end of the year, a $50 donation will be made to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society. To view photos from the event visit Capitalize Albany’s Facebook page here.
