April 10, 2019

Located between Albany’s Washington Park, Lincoln Park and downtown Albany, the Hudson/Park Neighborhood is known for its location convenience, nearby parks and cultural diversity. With the completion of an adaptive reuse plan to transform the Long Energy site properties and warehouse building at 160 Myrtle Ave, originally Hinckel and Dobler breweries — a new apartment complex called @HudsonPark was officially welcomed to the neighborhood on Wednesday. A $13 million investment made possible with City of Albany Industrial Development Agency assistance, 75 market-rate apartments are now part of the Hudson/Park neighborhood.

@HudsonPark apartments have kitchens including stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Some apartments have an in-unit washer and dryer and all residents have access to laundry facilities on each floor. Community amenities include a sunlit heated courtyard, resident co-working space, modern fitness center, secure bicycle storage, lounge, and a pet grooming center.
