Kaylie Hogan-Schnittker
Senior Economic Developer
Kaylie serves as a Senior Economic Developer, where she manages grant administration, supports business attraction efforts, and leads programming and services for local City of Albany businesses.
Prior to joining the Capitalize Albany team, Kaylie was the Director of Talent Strategy at the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development in Lincoln, Nebraska. In that role, she worked closely with city and state agencies, K–12 schools, higher education institutions, and local industries to attract and retain talent. She also spent two years working for a member of the Nebraska State Legislature, where she collaborated with local, state, and federal agencies to address constituent concerns and supported the research and drafting of legislative bills and resolutions.
Kaylie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Art History from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. A proud transplant to New York, she enjoys spending her free time learning about Albany and the Capital Region’s rich history.
