Capital Yogurt Opens on New Scotland Avenue

Mayor Jerry Jennings, accompanied by owners Arlene and Paul Rappoccio and Common Council member James Sano, cut the ribbon at the New Scotland neighborhood’s newest business: Capital Yogurt.
