City of Albany IDA Approves 733 Broadway Project

On Thursday, April 24th, the City of Albany IDA approved Downtown Residential’s newest project: 733 Broadway. The project developers are Norstar Investment and Black Locust, LLC.  The project will include 29 new residential units with one and two bedrooms. The first floor will include approximately 2,500 sq.ft. of rentable commercial space that could accommodate up to two potential commercial tenants.  The project will be a loft-style design offering common entryway to the units.  Each unit will be equipped with a washer and a dryer.  The building will be secured through the use of a swipe card system.  Parking will be located on-site.
