412 Broadway consists of the conversion of a vacant 36,900 SF building into mixed-use retail/residential space. It will include 32 residential retail units and 6,500 SF for up to 2 tenants.

This project directly implements the Albany 2030, Impact Downtown Albany and Downtown Albany Residential strategies. This project’s location on the revitalized Broadway corridor makes it a premier residential and retail location.
