UNDER CONSTRUCTION: the SCiTI Center at Kiernan Plaza

The SCiTI Center includes the redevelopment of 107,063 SF of the vacant Kiernan Plaza ( built in 1900 as the City’s railroad station) into a multi-tenant commercial office building housing 10=15 SCiTI companies.

This projects directly implements the Albany 2030 and Impact Downtown Albany strategies. This adaptive reuse of the historic Kiernan Plaza will allow it to once again serve as an anchor to the Downtown Albany community and bring heightened activity to the N.Broadway corridor.
