$10 Million Investment Transforms Office Building into 73 Apartments

Developers Ten Plus Ten’s new 73 market-rate units were welcomed to downtown Albany as officials came together for a ribbon cutting at 20 Park Residences, the latest completed downtown residential project.

Prior to the conversion, the five-story and nearly 95,000-square-foot building was commercial office space. Supported by the Impact Downtown Albany strategic plan—a $10 million investment made possible with support from the Community Preservation Corporation, 20 Park Residences marks the largest completed downtown residential project to date and joins more than 380 existing apartment units that have come online in the past five years.
