Supplemental Materials | City of Albany Downtown Revitalization Initiative Application
More than $280 million of investment is already proposed and more than $80 million is underway in this 1/3 mile stretch of real estate – and reaching the full potential of both Downtown and the Warehouse District hinges on its success. Clinton Square can achieve the highest impact and most sustainable economic development result for the Capital Region. Please see these supporting documents in the links below which complement the City of Albany’s application. These aspects, in addition to what has been submitted as part of the application, articulate the momentum the City has created in its downtown revitalization efforts and its readiness to be the Capital Region REDC’s Round III DRI community.
