8 Semifinalists to Respond to RFP Announced

Capitalize Albany Corporation has announced the 8 semi-finalists to respond to the RFP (request for proposals) for the Downtown Albany Tactical Plan.  The full list of semi-finalists can be found here. Semi-finalists were selected from the 14 respondents to the RFQ.

The Downtown Tactical Plan is a first-of-its-kind, fully comprehensive, future-focused plan for Downtown Albany. The Downtown Tactical Plan will focus on a variety of areas, including: long-range vision; community engagement; and, market driven recommendations.
