Numerous City of Albany Projects Selected by Regional Council As Proposed Priority Projects

Over a dozen projects within the City of Albany have been identified by the Capital Region Economic Development Council as proposed priority projects for the upcoming REDC Round 3 awards. They include:

• the CSCC ATTAIN Lab project;
• the Park South Redevelopment project ;
• the Quackenbush Square project;
• the Wellington Row project;
• the Dewitt Clinton Hotel Rehabilitation project;
• the Downtown Residential and Commercial Rehabilitation Program; and,
• the Downtown Tactical Revitalization Plan
