488 Broadway Under Construction

The Arcade at 488 Broadway project will renovate a previously vacant 75,000 SF retail and commercial office building. The final product will consist of:

68 residential rental units – 28 studios, 40 one-bedrooms

3-10 commercial storefronts – 12,000 SF

This project directly implements the Albany 2030, Impact Downtown Albany and Downtown Albany Residential strategies. Its strategic location on the revitalized Broadway corridor at the gateway to the Corning Preserves make it a premier residential and retail location
