Groundbreaking Celebrates Beginning Construction of New 277 Room Student Apartment Complex In Albany

Aspen at Albany is the new $27.5 million, four-story student apartment complex being built at 1475 Washington Avenue. The 277-room complex is expected to be ready for occupancy by the start of the fall 2016 semester. The development team gathered at the site along with Capitalize Albany Corporation, Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan and other City officials for a ceremonial groundbreaking.
