New Residential Draws 250 People to Downtown Albany Event

With progress driven by the Impact Downtown Albany initiative, downtown Albany is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in the Capital Region. Combined with Fork in the Road on August 7, the Downtown Albany Business Improvement District hosted a residential open house event featuring eight multi-family properties currently on the market developed through the downtown residential strategy. Each property opened its doors from 4-7 p.m. and welcomed 250 people excited to take tours of available units.

Pop Up Programming held throughout the summer such as the Downtown Albany BID’s Fork In the Road has drawn hundreds to downtown’s Tricentennial Park each first Friday of the month.
