Following up on Round 5 of Governor Cuomo’s Regional Economic Development Council (REDC) initiative, more than $11 million worth of investments are currently under way in downtown Albany. The funding directly supports the Impact Downtown Albany initiative through several projects, which are having an incredible impact on our central business and warehouse district’s building momentum.
