Winter 2018 Funding Window: City of Albany Small Business Facade Improvement Program

Additional City of Albany Small Business Facade Improvement Program applications will be accepted as part of the winter 2018 funding window beginning February 5. This funding window will close March 31, concluding the program’s second round. The fall 2017 funding window closed on November 30, 2017. The number and value of grants available as part of the winter 2018 funding window is based on remaining grant funding available following the fall 2017 window.
The Small Business Facade Improvement program is a matching grant program that helps small businesses throughout the City reinvest in their properties.
Administered by Capitalize Albany Corporation, the Small Business Facade Improvement Program is made possible by the Albany Community Development Agency’s neighborhood revitalization funding. The program can provide matching grants to small businesses and/or commercial property owners for exterior renovations.
