@HudsonPark Apartments Opening In Early 2019

December 7, 2018

Located between Albany’s Washington Park, Lincoln Park and downtown Albany, the Hudson/Park Neighborhood is known for its location convenience, nearby parks and cultural diversity. As part of an adaptive reuse plan to transform the Long Energy site properties and warehouse building at 160 Myrtle Ave — the Long Energy site in the Hudson/Park Neighborhood will be converted into a new apartment complex called @HudsonPark. The complex will make 75 market-rate units available for new neighborhood residents. Renovation is progressing smoothly and the first units are expected to be ready for occupancy in March.

Made possible with assistance from the City of Albany Industrial Development Agency in the form of New York State sales and mortgage recording tax exemptions, the $13 million investment will greatly strengthen the neighborhood through the industrial site’s reuse.

@HudsonPark apartments will have kitchens including stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Some apartments will have an in-unit washer and dryer and all residents will have access to laundry facilities on each floor. Community amenities include a sunlit heated courtyard, resident co-working space, modern fitness center, secure bicycle storage, lounge, and a pet grooming center. For more information visit, www.athudsonpark.com
