‘The Bishop’ At 90 North Pearl Street Readying For Opening

The Bishop, a new downtown full service restaurant is planning to open in the coming weeks. Supported in part by the Downtown Albany Retail Grant Program, The Bishop will offer a large array of spirits, common cocktails and craft beer, with a main focus on bourbon. Since its inception the Retail Grant Program has leveraged more than $1.7 million in new investment, activating more than 20,000 sq. ft. of space throughout downtown and the warehouse district. 

The menu will complement the overall visual appeal and spirit options. Supporting its name and relaxed atmosphere theme, The Bishop will incorporate the design and flow of a den with subtle hints of chess design throughout.
