Andrew Biggane  
Director of Finance & Operations

Andrew manages Capitalize Albany’s fiscal, operational and human resources, procedures and processes.

He comes to Capitalize Albany Corporation with more than 15 years of experience overseeing financial management, banking, and investment operations for leading organizations in upstate New York. 

Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University at Albany and a master’s degree in business administration from The Sage Colleges. He maintains a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation, has a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential, and is a licensed New York notary.

Active in his community, Andy volunteers with the Historic Albany Foundation, the Capital Region Miracle League and is a member of the Elks organization.
