A $1.7 million investment, this mixed-use project’s completion resulted in 13 market-rate apartment units (590 – 1,300 square feet) featuring modern floor plans, exposed brick, energy star stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, solid surface countertops, oak floors and an elevator.

The four-story brick building was originally constructed in 1919, and its ground-floor is now home to restaurant, Ama Cocina.
