This historic building was converted into nine modern apartments in 2007. Apartments range from studios to 2-bedrooms and feature contemporary floor plans and modern appliances. Capitalize Albany Corporation administered a state grant for the historic renovation project and facilitated real property tax abatement on the increased value through the IDA program.
