This project was one of the first residential conversion projects in downtown. Completed in 2004, these buildings offer four, 2-bedroom apartments with open floor plans, dishwasher, washer/dryer (select units), and central air. Capitalize Albany Corporation provided a subordinate loan for project financing to rehab the mixed use building.
