The nine new apartments being developed at 518 Broadway/111 Pine will include three unique, 2-story loft style apartments with rooftop decks, something new to the downtown market. These units will be ready for rent in November 2011. Capitalize Albany Corporation approved a Main Street grant for the construction rehab project and facilitated the 485-A real property tax abatement program for the increased value.
