The large units are between 1,500 and 1,800 square feet and contain exposed brick in every room, 4” solid ash plank flooring, granite countertops, and high end appliances including washer/dryers. Capitalize Albany Corporation administered a Main Street grant for the construction rehab project and facilitated a real property tax abatement on the increased value.
