These two historic buildings are being converted into 14 new upscale apartments. The apartments will offer hardwood floors, black appliances, and tiled bathrooms. The building will feature an exercise and laundry room, a waterfall and fireplace in the entranceway and a 4th floor rooftop patio. Capitalize Albany Corporation approved a Main Street grant for the construction rehab project, is considering a subordinate loan on the project financing and facilitated real property tax abatement on the increased value through the IDA program.
