These two historic buildings have been converted into 14 new upscale apartments. The apartments offer hardwood floors, black appliances, and tiled bathrooms. The building features an exercise and laundry room, a waterfall and fireplace in the entrance way and a 4th floor rooftop patio. Capitalize Albany Corporation approved a Main Street grant for the construction rehab project, is considering a subordinate loan on the project financing and facilitated real property tax abatement on the increased value through the IDA program.
